Welcome to Ares Interval! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application (“App”) provided by Eris (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Ares Interval is designed to assist users in performing structured interval workouts. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. No Medical Advice

The App provides fitness tools and information for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult your doctor or another qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program.

3. Health and Fitness Data

The App may access Apple HealthKit and Fitness data strictly to enable workout functionalities.
We do not collect, store, or share any health or fitness data outside your device. All data remains within the Apple Health and Fitness systems according to your device settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and software) are owned by Krzysztof Orłowski and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

You use the App at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted within the App or on our official website.
Please review the Terms periodically.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Poland and applicable EU law, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

8. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers optional paid features available through in-app purchases and subscriptions:

  • Subscriptions (e.g., monthly or yearly) are auto-renewable. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription will automatically renew, and your account will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time in your App Store account settings.
  • Lifetime access is available as a one-time purchase and does not expire.
  • We do not provide refunds for in-app purchases or subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies.
