This Privacy Policy describes how Ares Interval (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of our mobile application.
While we do not collect any personally identifiable information, we use Firebase Analytics (a service by Google) to collect anonymous usage data to help us understand how our app is used. This includes:
The country and language set on your device,
Your operating system version and device model,
The version of the application installed,
Non-identifiable events such as app launches and workout completions.
We do not collect your name, email, location (GPS), device ID, or any data that could identify you personally.
We use the data collected via Firebase Analytics solely for improving the performance, reliability, and user experience of Ares Interval. This information helps us understand how users interact with the app and which features are most used.

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited analytics data we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Ares Interval is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Please review this policy periodically.
8. Health and Fitness Data
Ares Interval uses Apple HealthKit and Motion & Fitness APIs to support workout-related features, such as initiating workout sessions on Apple Watch and displaying live heart rate. Health data is accessed only temporarily and never stored or transmitted outside your device.
We do not upload, sync, or share any health or fitness data. All information remains securely managed by Apple HealthKit and is used exclusively on-device.
In future updates, we may add an optional feature to locally store heart rate during a workout session (e.g., to display average values per workout phase). This data would be stored only on your device and never shared, synced, or used for analytics, advertising, or profiling.
No health data is ever used for marketing or tracking purposes.
Ares Interval offers optional paid features available as in-app purchases and subscriptions.
All payments are processed securely by Apple via the App Store.
We do not collect or have access to your payment information (such as credit card details).
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account settings, where you can cancel or modify them at any time.
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies.
